The hotel's location was very central, close to bus stops which made it easy to travel go puerto banus. Accommodating and outstandingly accommodating staff members with most staff members, everything was good...

It is very close to the beach, shops and public transport.
I was in a room that had very little light so it was rather depressing. The hotel and the staff were lacking in personality.

Very central in Marbella, close to beach and the old town. The bedroom was large and spacious, very good value for money, same price as the Hostels but far, far better.
No bar in the hotel and as i was travelling alone (lady 56) i would have liked to have had a drink in the evening either in the bar or in my room

The rooftop pool and bar are fantastic.
The location was challenging due to confusing one-way streets. Parking was 500 meters away, inconvenient. It took us a while to navigate to the hotel, and the hassle was quite frustrating after a long trip.

Seems like every room had a balcolny. Some rooms are quite large. Does have english language channel but only find them by going down with channel selector, while up gives only spanish channels.
Fairly noisy location, parking difficult unless you get one of their spots or pay just 14.40 euro for 24 hours at city garage, but no in and out there.

The location is excellent, just 5 mins from the beach and marina. The room we had was very large and had a balcony.

The location of this hotel is excellent if you want a night out in Marbella. It is very close to the Plaza. Do ask for a top floor room for excellent views of the mountains behind the city.
We were given a twin room although we had booked a double. The staff were reluctant to change our room allocation but when it was argued we ended up with an excellent room (which they had most likely been keeping to charge extra for).

The staff was super friendly, especially Juan, who really were great too help us out in a stressful situation. The breakfast was delicious with fresh options made to order, perfect for families!
In my kids' opinion, the rooftop pool could use better cleaning. A few more kid-friendly options on the menu would be awesome too.
